Terms and Conditions of Purchase

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of any of our products through our website:

1. Our online store is available for non-commercial and domestic use only. We reserve the right to refuse orders that we consider are for commercial or other non-domestic concerns or for any other reasons. If we decide to decline an order, we will immediately refund any money the buyer may have already paid and have no other liability to the buyer.

2. The prices payable for the items that you order are set out on the “Our Products” page of our website. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.

3. If for any reason we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to the buyer except to ensure that the buyer is refunded in full for any money the buyer has already paid.

4. We publish our products in either electronic or paper format. The electronic products will be e-mailed to the e-mail address provided by the buyer on the order form as a Portable Document Format (PDF) file. These files can be viewed using Adobe Reader, which can be downloaded free from the Adobe website (www.adobe.com). The paper products will be posted by post to the delivery address provided by the buyer on the order form.

5. We will aim to transmit any electronic product ordered and post any paper product ordered within two business days from receipt of the relevant order.
